A content calendar planner that turns a scattered list of post ideas into a clear month-at-a-glance schedule. Click any day, add a post, tag it with a channel and a status, and watch your month fill up. It is built for solo creators, social media managers and small marketing teams who need to plan across several channels at once without paying for a heavyweight scheduling suite.
The whole point of a calendar is visibility. When every Instagram reel, LinkedIn post, blog article and newsletter lives in one grid, you immediately spot the problems that kill consistency: three posts crammed into one Tuesday and nothing the rest of the week, a channel you have quietly stopped feeding, or a launch day with no supporting content lined up. Seeing the gaps is what lets you fix them before they cost you reach.
How it works
The planner renders a standard Monday-first month grid. Each day is a clickable cell, and any posts on that day appear inside it as coloured chips — the left border colour tells you the channel, the background tint tells you the status. Click a cell to open the day editor, where you can add a post with a title, channel, status, optional time and free-text notes for hooks, hashtags or asset links.
Posts move through four statuses — Idea → Draft → Scheduled → Published — and you can advance one with a single click on its status pill, so the calendar doubles as a lightweight production board. Two filters at the top let you isolate a single channel or a single status across the whole month, which is handy when you want to answer questions like “what is still only an idea?” or “what is going out on LinkedIn this month?”. A summary row counts posts by status so you always know how ready the month is.
Everything is saved to your browser automatically, and the Export CSV button hands you the entire plan — every date, time, title, channel, status and note — ready for a spreadsheet or a client hand-off.
Example
Say you manage three channels and want a balanced week. You click Monday and add Launch teaser on Instagram, status Scheduled, at 09:00. You click Wednesday and add Founder thread on X as a Draft. You click Friday and add Weekly round-up on the Newsletter as an Idea. The grid now shows a colour-coded week, the summary row reads Idea: 1 · Draft: 1 · Scheduled: 1, and a quick filter on Newsletter confirms the round-up is your only email this month.
| Day | Post | Channel | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mon | Launch teaser | Scheduled | |
| Wed | Founder thread | X / Twitter | Draft |
| Fri | Weekly round-up | Newsletter | Idea |
As the week progresses you click each status pill to push posts toward Published, then export the month to CSV for your records. Every figure and entry stays in your browser — nothing is uploaded or stored on a server.
