A song title is the line fans search, share, and shout back. This free generator builds title ideas tuned to six genres so the words and rhythm fit the track. Use it to break writer’s block: generate a batch, then sharpen the one that fits your lyric.
How it works
Each genre maps to a word bank of adjectives, nouns, verbs, and short hooks. On each generation the tool picks one of four title shapes and fills it from that bank:
Adjective Noun, such asBroken HeartVerb-ing in the Noun, such asDancing in the LightsNoun on My Mind, such asSummer on My Mind- a phrase with a parenthetical hook, such as
Wild Fever (All Night)
Results are random and de-duplicated per batch, so each click gives six new options.
Tips and notes
- The strongest titles usually pull one concrete image from your actual lyrics. Use a generated title as scaffolding, then personalize it.
- Match the genre to where the song will be discovered. A country listener and an electronic listener expect very different cues.
- Because short titles are reused freely, focus on memorability rather than uniqueness, but still check streaming platforms to avoid an exact clash with a famous track.
