How much would you weigh on another planet?

Your mass is fixed, but your weight depends on the local pull of gravity. Enter your Earth weight and this calculator shows what you would weigh across the solar system — Mercury, Venus, Mars, the Moon, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto, Ceres and even the Sun — all at once. It is a fun, intuitive way to feel the difference in surface gravity between worlds.

How it works

The tool multiplies your Earth weight by each body’s surface gravity relative to Earth (where Earth = 1):

weight on body = Earth weight × gravity factor

Because it is a simple ratio, the unit you enter (kg or lb) is preserved in the results.

Example

A person weighing 70 kg on Earth:

  • Moon (0.1657 g): 70 × 0.1657 ≈ 11.6 kg
  • Mars (0.377 g): 70 × 0.377 ≈ 26.4 kg
  • Jupiter (2.528 g): 70 × 2.528 ≈ 177 kg
BodyGravity (Earth = 1)70 kg →
Moon0.165711.6 kg
Mars0.37726.4 kg
Saturn1.06574.6 kg
Jupiter2.528177 kg
Sun27.91953 kg
