An OKR tracker for turning a fuzzy quarter into a small set of objectives and the measurable key results that prove you hit them. OKRs — Objectives and Key Results — are the goal-setting framework popularised by Intel and Google: you pick a handful of ambitious objectives, attach numbers that move, and review them every week. This tool gives you the structure without a spreadsheet or a subscription, and it keeps every figure on your own machine.

It is built for founders, team leads, freelancers and students who want one honest scoreboard for the quarter. You add an objective, attach two to five key results, and update the current value as work lands. The tool rolls those numbers into an objective score and a single quarter score, colour-coded green, amber or red so you can see at a glance where focus is needed. A confidence flag on every key result — on-track, at-risk or off-track — captures the gut feel that a raw percentage misses.

How it works

Each key result has a start (baseline), a current value and a target. Progress is computed as (current − start) ⁄ (target − start), clamped between 0% and 100%, so a result that has not moved reads 0% and a result that hit target reads 100%. Targets that count down — like reducing cost or churn — are handled automatically. Boolean “done / not done” results score either 0% or 100% from a single checkbox.

An objective’s score is the average of its key results, and the quarter’s headline score is the average of its objectives — the standard OKR rollup. Every quarter is stored under its own key (for example 2026-Q3), so you can plan ahead, look back, and carry objectives forward with one click. Everything persists in localStorage, and you can export to Markdown for a shareable summary or to JSON for a full backup.

Example

Suppose your Q3 objective is “Grow monthly active users.” You add three key results: increase MAU from 1,200 to 5,000 (currently 2,400 → 32%), lift week-1 retention from 18% to 35% (currently 24% → 35%), and ship a referral programme (a done/not-done result, currently 0%). The objective score is the average, roughly 22% — amber. Flag the referral KR as off-track and you instantly see which result is dragging the quarter and deserves attention.

Every number stays in your browser — nothing is uploaded, and closing the tab does not lose your work.
