Contracts, memos, NDAs, and compliance checks eat hours of careful reading. This pack gives founders and legal teams prompt templates that turn dense legal text into plain-English summaries, surface risky clauses, draft standard language, and structure compliance reviews — each with fill-in-the-blank variables so you get a useful first pass fast.

Not legal advice. These prompts help you draft and understand documents more quickly. They do not replace a qualified lawyer, and AI output can be wrong. Always get professional review before relying on or sending anything.

How it works

Each prompt supplies the model with the context legal work needs: the document, the jurisdiction, the parties, and what you want done — summarise, review, draft, or check. The drafting prompts deliberately mark their output as a draft for legal review, and the analysis prompts ask the model to flag where qualified advice is essential. Filter by task, fill in the brackets, copy, and run.

Use it safely

  • Treat output as a first pass. AI is great at surfacing clauses to check and explaining jargon, but it misses context and can misstate the law. Verify everything with counsel.
  • Mind confidentiality. Only paste contracts into tools your data policy permits and that do not train on your inputs. Redact identifying details where you can.
  • Jurisdiction matters. A clause that reads well in one country may be unenforceable in another. Always specify the jurisdiction and confirm with a local lawyer.
  • Keep the human accountable. The signature, the advice, and the risk are yours — AI is the drafting assistant, not the lawyer.
