Every subscription is converted to an annual figure first — weekly is multiplied by 52, monthly by 12, quarterly by 4 and yearly stays as-is. The annual total is then divided to give your per-day, per-week, per-month and per-year cost, so a yearly plan and a monthly plan are compared on equal terms.

Why convert everything to a yearly amount?

Mixing billing cycles hides the real picture. A service billed at 79 per year looks cheaper than one at 10 per month until you annualise both — 79 vs 120. Normalising to a yearly cost is the only fair way to compare subscriptions and decide which to cut.

Will it remind me before a subscription renews?

It shows every active subscription due in the next 30 days, sorted by how soon it renews, and highlights anything billing within three days in red. Set the next renewal date on each entry to use this. It is a visual reminder inside the tool, not an email or push notification.

Can I pause a subscription instead of deleting it?

Yes. Pausing keeps the subscription on your list for reference but removes it from your totals and the category chart. This is useful for free trials, seasonal services or anything you have cancelled but want to keep a record of. Resume it any time.

Is my financial data private?

Completely. Every figure is stored only in your own browser using local storage and is never uploaded to a server. Clearing your browser data or using private browsing will remove the saved list, so export to CSV if you want a permanent copy.

Example

Suppose you track four services: a streaming plan at 10.99/month, a music plan at 9.99/month, a cloud backup at 79/year, and a quarterly news subscription at 30/quarter. The tracker annualises them — 131.88 plus 119.88 plus 79 plus 120 — for a yearly total of 450.76, which is about 37.56 per month or 1.23 per day.
