How it works

daily:   cost = daily_rate * event_mult * visits
monthly: cost = monthly_rate            (flat per month)
annual = monthly_cost * 12

Downtown is the most expensive; Midtown, Corktown, and outlying areas step down from there. The event multiplier scales daily and hourly costs for game and concert days.

Example
