A bill reminder tracker that keeps every recurring payment in one place — rent, utilities, insurance, loan repayments and subscriptions — with the amount, the next due date and how often each one repeats. Instead of scattering reminders across sticky notes and bank apps, you get a single colour-coded list that shows exactly what is due next, how much it adds up to this month, and whether anything has slipped past its date.

How it works

You add each bill once with its name, amount, next due date, frequency and a category. The tracker then does the arithmetic for you. Recurring bills are rolled forward automatically: if a monthly bill’s date has already passed, the tool advances it to the upcoming month so the list always reflects the real next payment rather than a stale date. Every bill is sorted by how soon it is due and tagged with a status — overdue, due today, due soon (within seven days) or upcoming — so the urgent ones rise to the top.

The summary tiles convert all of your recurring bills into a single comparable figure. A yearly insurance premium, a quarterly water bill and a weekly cleaner are each normalised to a monthly average, then totalled, so you can see your true recurring outgoings at a glance alongside the yearly equivalent. Separate tiles show how much is due in the next 7 and 30 days and how much, if anything, is overdue.

When you pay something, the Paid button advances a recurring bill to its next cycle and records the date; one-off bills are cleared. A category breakdown bar chart shows where your money goes each month. Everything is saved in your browser’s local storage, so your list is waiting for you next time with no account and nothing uploaded.

Example

Suppose you log rent of 1,200 due in five days (monthly), electricity of 95 due in two days (monthly, on autopay), a 17.99 streaming bundle (monthly) and a 540 car insurance premium billed yearly. The tracker shows electricity and rent at the top with due soon badges, reports a monthly average of about 1,358 once the yearly premium is spread across twelve months, and flags 1,295 as due within the next seven days. Marking electricity as paid moves its date forward one month and it drops down the list, while the next-7-days figure updates instantly.

Export the whole schedule as a CSV for your records, or as an .ics calendar file that drops every bill into Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook with a reminder the day before. Every figure is calculated in your browser — nothing is uploaded or stored on a server.
