Webinar outline prompt builder
Most webinars fail on structure, not content — they run long, bury the point, or lose the audience before the call to action. This tool builds a timed, section-by-section outline for your topic and generates an AI prompt for each section’s talking points, complete with an engagement hook to keep attendees active.
How it works
You enter the topic, audience, total duration and format. The builder applies a proven section template for that format and allocates time proportionally:
- Educational — hook, two teaching blocks, a case study, Q&A and recap.
- Product demo — problem, a large live demo block, proof, pricing and CTA.
- Panel — framing question, two discussion rounds and audience Q&A.
Each section is converted into real minutes for your chosen length and given a start time, so you get a runnable agenda. For every section the tool writes a prompt asking for three to five talking points plus one engagement device — a poll, a chat question or a direct ask — because interaction is what keeps people watching.
Tips and examples
Match the format to your goal: use product demo when the aim is sign-ups and spend most of the runtime in the live walkthrough; use educational when you are building authority and want attendees to leave having learned something. Keep the topic narrow — “scaling content with AI” outperforms “marketing trends” because the talking-point prompts get more specific. Practise against the timed outline at least once; the most common failure is overrunning the early sections and rushing the CTA. Use the engagement prompts every section, not just at the start, to fight the attention drop-off.
