Consulting deliverables live or die on structure — the governing idea, the MECE breakdown, the action-titled slide. This pack gives you tested prompt templates for decks, frameworks, diagnostics, and client deliverables, each with fill-in-the-blank variables so you start from a defensible structure instead of a blank page.
How it works
Each prompt encodes a consulting discipline — pyramid logic, hypothesis-driven problem solving,
situation-complication-resolution — and asks the model to fill it with your case. The bracketed
variables — [client industry], [problem], [recommendation] — supply the specifics. Filter by
category or search, replace the brackets, copy, and paste into your AI tool.
Tips for better output
- Feed it real evidence. A framework filled with generic statements is worthless; paste the actual data points and let the model organise them into the structure.
- Insist on action titles. Slide headlines should state the insight, not the topic — the deck prompt enforces this, and it is the single biggest upgrade to most consulting decks.
- Pressure-test the logic. Ask the model to argue against its own recommendation, then address the strongest counter-argument before you present.
- Never paste confidential client data into a public AI tool. Describe the situation abstractly, and keep names, numbers, and proprietary detail in your own secure environment.
