Brand Messaging Framework Builder

Build a brand messaging house with AI prompts for each layer

A brand that says different things in different places does not register as a brand at all. The fix is a messaging house — a single framework that aligns everything from your tagline to your sales deck. This builder produces AI prompts for each layer of that house, so you can develop a coherent brand message even if you have never written one before.

How it works

You choose whether to build the full messaging house or focus on one layer, then enter four inputs: the brand name, the target audience, the core differentiator, and the brand personality. The builder wraps these in a prompt that tells the model to act as a brand strategist and develop that layer — keeping everything specific to your brand, true to your personality, and internally consistent so each layer supports the one above it.

The layers of the house

  • Purpose — the reason the brand exists beyond profit, in a single believable sentence.
  • Positioning — the classic “for [audience] who [need], [brand] is the [category] that [benefit]” statement that stakes out the space you want to own.
  • Pillars — three or four themes you communicate consistently, each laddering up to the purpose.
  • Proof points — the concrete evidence that makes each pillar credible, with anything unverified tagged for you to supply.
  • Tagline and elevator pitch — short, memorable expressions of the whole, true to the personality.

Tips for better output

  • Sharpen the differentiator first. Everything hangs off it. If yours is vague or could be claimed by a competitor, the prompt will flag it and help you tighten it before building.
  • Own the verify tags. Treat every [VERIFY] marker as a task — replace it with real evidence, never ship a proof point the model assumed.
  • Build the full house once, then refine layers. Generating everything together keeps the layers consistent; come back to individual layers to polish wording.
